Contract Policies

2 Night deposit will be automatically required when making the reservation
Reservation will be charged in full for the entire stay 21 days prior to arrival
Reservations modified once payment in full is received will be assessed a $50 fee, except for lengthening stay

Separate individual folios will be established for all guests to cover all incidental and room charges. Each guest is required to settle their individual room folios before departure from hotel.

Cancellation Policy

1 Night penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival
2 Nights penalty up to 7 days prior to arrival
Full penalty applicable for the entire stay reserved if cancelled with 6 days of less to arrival
No shows and early departures will attract full penalty
